Swap with Carolina

Hello girls ! 

Well yesterday I got Carolina from Colores de Carol, and I almost fell off my chair when I saw all this ! 

Look how cool this is !!

I'm sooo spoiled ! I got lots of samples, sweets, 3 Konad plates (m56, m65 and m71)

And polishes :)

Oh god, the candy is sooooo good !

Look at these gorgeous bottles ! 

love love love !

I'm trying to stamp tonight for the first time, I wonder how it'll turn out !

OPI - DS reflexion

Hi Sweetiepies !

How are you all ? :)

It was a sunny day back here in Belgium and I'm wearing holo, 

Sun + holographic nail polish, how nice is that ? :)

Haha my gangsta pose on this pic is so funny I had to put this pick on !

I remember picking up 3 holos in Sephora a long time ago, and not loving DS reflexion so much...

BIG mistake ! It's lovely ! Not quite red though, in real life it's often pinkish, and I love it, I love how it's not too harsh, but still has that something special to it !

*Sun in my eyes* :-/

What I love about these polishes is that you're good to go after 1 coat (even if I always do 2 + topcoat, they're so much prettier then) and it dries in seconds, really, I should chono it once !

BUUUUUUUUUT....

It chips in no time too... I was wearing it for 1 night, and I had tipwear already, I even wrapped my tips !

such a pity ! :(

Man the holo effect is really hard to catch... I tried my best, but I don't think I succeeded :(

Barry M - 292

Cheerio ! 

I'm back from Bournemouth guys ! 

I had like, the best time ever :)

I went to visit Claire, one of the best friends a girl can have, she's studying there for a year,

and she took today's post pictures :)

Of course I needed to pick up a polish, and as I was wearing blue, I opted for Barry M 292 Navy...

I should have taken more bottles of that brand, but it's gonna be for next time I go !

I really like this color, almost black but with a strong blue flash, it just rocks my nails !

Application was super smooth, really, on the pictures I'm just wearing 1 coat over the pink I had on,

and it dried within seconds !

 I just painted them in the café, so don't analyse the application too much 8-)

I love the UK so much, I go like 3-5 times a year and how I wish I went even more !

Anyway, in the picture above you can see the blue flash, soooo pretty ! 

I remember how I didn't like dark colors before I started blogging, crazy me !

Zoya - Kieko

Hello my loves ! :)

I looove Autumn,  not only for the cold weather but also cause of the pretty colors the nature has :)

I also have a fixation on tanned skin, and this polish, Kieko makes my hands look instant tan ! 

How cool is that ? (even if the tan looks weird in this pics)

(Nevermind my homewear :P)

Though Kieko was part of Zoya's summer collection, I think it's more of a winter color, 

what do you think ?

Anyway, I reaaallly like it, it's deep and plum and I often wear it, it goes with a lot ! :)

and it's soooo shinnyyyyy !

Zoya's formula is one of the better ones in my opinion, but I don't own much of them, since they can only be bought online here (I think), and I'm such a baby, I don't dare to buy things online...

Do you own a lot of them ? Which are your favorite ? :)

Okay I'm off to the UK this weekend, is there any cosmetic I reaaaally need to buy there ? 

I'd love some suggestions !

Pastel skittles

Hello Sweethearts ! :)

You know what's my favorite flower ? 

Orchids ! And Lilies too...

White flowers are the best, they look so soft & delicate !

Ok this manicure looks more like and easter mani than anything else, but whatever :)

I like how I didn't match both hands !

For this I used 4 polishes: 

1) Blue: Claire's 710

2) Pink: Hema long lasting 84

3) Green: Essie Mint candy apple 

4) OPI Rumple's wiggin'

OPI - Don't know... beets me

Hi ! 

So, guys, I have an addiction. 

Ok, another one, haha ! At the moment I'm obsessed with matching nails and clothes...

I want the colors to be just the SAME ! :)

I got the dress a few days ago and am in looove with it !  

Don't know... beets me is pink on the first sight, but when you put it next to other bottles, it's more on the purpleish side, I'd say it's magenta :)

Formula is, very OPI, so perfect, as we're used to it :)

But what's with the name ?! Anyone know what it means ?

It's one of the polishes my stepfather brought me from San Diego, I was skeptical at first, but as I already said, I love it now !

The more I look at it, the more I love that color :)

It's flashyyyy and we need color in winter right ?!

Zoya - Tamsen

Well hello to my pretty readers ! :)

Look how shiny this is !! And this is only 2 coats (1 was enough, really) without topcoat !

And they went on like butter, so easy !

It looks like smashed strawberries on my nails ! :)

Tamsen is a really classy red, on the darker side, but flashy none the less .

I'm reaaaally considering ombre hair, yay or nay ?

deBB - Colorplay 138

Hello Sweethearts ! 

How are you all doing ? :)

I was enjoying my coffee when I noticed my polish matched the cup :)

It's a pretty dark green, from an unknown brand... I borrowed it from my stepsister, so I can't tell you guys where it's from !

Well, I'd like to know where it's from cause the formula is pure LOVE ! 

Well, only for application, cause the removal was A MESS ! My fingers look dead now, a bit green, weird !

Anyway, it's a jelly that has no VNL after 2 coats (crazyyy)

And is sooo glossy :) 

I need to find out more about this brand and if they make other colors :)

Though I really like this one, it's a lot prettier in RL than on pictures, believe me !

I was wondering, what do you usually order at Starbucks ?

OPI - We'll aways have Paris + halloween nail art

Hi ! 

No, the skull is not my law teacher's, but as my dad is an osteopath, he has that kind of things lying around :)

I found some nail stickers from 2B last week, and thought they were SO cute, I had to get them ! :)

And as it's halloween, it's the moment to wear them ! 

They didn't last on very long though (If you look well, you can see that some chipped off already)

We'll always have Paris is, on the other side, a very good polish ! 

Opaque in 2 coats, and it looks HOT ! 

I'm really into very dark reds at the moment :)

I felt a bit like a rock chic wearing this mani ;-)

Essence - Pink punk

Hello Sweethearts ! 

I was going through my stash, not knowing what to wear and the I found this:

"A polish is never hard to find if it's for you" that is what Ivana wrote on that bottle, she's the cutest !

This polish is from the Glam Rock collection and it's an amazing Holo ! :)

The polish is marvelous, I thought it would be to light, but NO !

 It's just as pretty in out the sun ! :)

After 2 coats, I was ready to go, and it's sooo shiny ! :)

The only thing that is sad is that it chips quite quickly :(

This is not the best picture, but the holo effect is the prettiest here :)

Anyway, 

I'm going to the hairdressers tomorrow and I'm thinking about having straight bangs, but I don't know what to do yet :)

H&M - Blue my mind

Hello sweethearts ! :)

The weather is so perfect here in Belgium this weekend !

It's really cold but super sunny, I love that :)

And the garden is so lovely in autumn colors

Soooo I went out for a walk in my garden and that's when I found this old scarf in the 

closet, I immediately thought of blue my mind from H&M !

Blue my mind is a marvelous blue, super electric, love it !

It really pops ! And the formula is amazing, almost a one coater ! 

not too tick not to thin, a dream to apply !

Too bad it's my stepsister's polish, so I can't wear it more often ;)

Out of the sun, it's a bit darker, but still as bright, more like the last picture...

What do you think of this blue girls ? :)

Essence - Andy you're a star

Hello pretty readers ! 

I hope you're all doing just fine !

I'm sick so I have some time for blogging, oh I missed this so much ! 

How I love painting my nails and thinking about a pose for a post :) 

I should blog more, I'll try !

Anyway, today we have Andy, you're a star ! for you guys ! 

Oh and that color IS a star, I love it !

I remember not being crazy about the color, but this week I bought that orange bracelet and figured that polish would suit it well, and... it does, what do you think ? 

The downside of the polish is the tickness of it... I should invest in a thinner...

BUT despite of that, it doesn't bubble (we all hate bubbles right ?!)

I love how it goes with a tan color, it looks very classy, and haha it makes me feel like halloween (just because it's orange, the fever is getting to me I think :D)

O.P.I - Teenage Dream

Hello ladies ! 

I'm so sorry I was away so long, I've been a bag blogger :( 

But I moved, I changed studies and so on, it was quite a hurry ! 

Aaaand on top of it all, I took some pictures yesterday, but silly me forgot the usb, so I only have some older ones...

I must say the polish is A LOT better in real life...

This polish means a lot to me, every time I see that bottle on my night table, I think of Ivana :)

This is what our friendship started out with :)

Ah my nails were so long then, now they are suuuper short :'(

I love how that glitter polishes made them look like stalactites, don't you think ?

About the polish, I wore it on it's own, but I don't remember how many coats of TD I did, but I know I did 4 coats of topcoat, to get rid of the gritty feeling, oh my, I think you can all imagine how hard it was to take it of !

H and M - Green

Hello pretty ones !

I didn't post in quite some time, I got super busy...

I needed to find a new home, and so move out of mine and in the new one, 

this while I had to work from 8 am till 7 pm soooo it got a bit hectic ;)

But here I am again !

I took these pictures a few weeks ago, the polish has a SUPER bad formula, seriously ! 

How thick and streaky and bubbly can a polish be ?! 

(if you wanna figure that out, just go and grab a bottle of this !)

But the color is nice though, I'm usually not into greens, but this one is really pretty :)

I also added some fimo hearts with "love" on it I got from my beloved Ivana ;)

The following picture is not of prettiest ones, but it shows how it looks in the sun ...

Oh and, if you guys know a polish that has THAT color in the shade PLEASE tell me ! 

I'd love to add such color to my collection !

The tough work series 4: OPI - Cajun Shrimp

Hello lovelies ! 

Every time I look at my nails I'm like whooooo hot color ! 

And here's the reason: Cajun Shrimp !

I got this polish from Nicole and I love it, it's soooo ladylike :)

I love bright reds ! even more when there's a hint of orange to it

Application was, F.L.A.W.L.E.S.S ! Seriously, OPI's brushes are peeeeerfect !
